To ensure the best individual service, Penwal assigns a Project Team to each project. Our approach begins by addressing the design and construction process in a series of phases.
The review process consists of weekly meetings with the Director of Manufacturing, the assigned Project Manager and members of our executive management team. The current status of the project is reviewed, ensuring project objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Throughout the duration of the project, on-site and off-site, the project manager effectively monitors performance, productivity, project schedules, and cost, providing our clients maximum value. |
